1.- First, you must access your Amazon account with which you purchased the subscription. Access the portal and log in.
2.- Once inside your account, access within the settings of your Amazon account, clicking on the drop-down menu of your name, and then clicking on “My account”, in the upper right.
3.- Then, access within the “Prime” section of the main vignettes that will appear.
4.- Once you have entered the Amazon Prime section, you will see the “Manage membership” section in the lower left. Click on the section «Finish your trial and your benefits«.
5.- Afterwards, Amazon will start a 3 step stage to ask if you're sure to cancel Amazon Prime. At the first stage, click on “Cancel”.
