Welcome to another post. Minecraft has been one of the best construction games that has ever existed, where the user tests his creativity, making interactive maps of all kinds: big houses, huge buildings, palaces, castles, ships, cities, metropolises, etc, etc

Many users are great in this area, and know VERY well how to build, wouldn't you like to appreciate what they did on your own computer? Or if you like: wouldn't you like to share your map with the world? That's what we're here to show you, so get ready...

How to install maps on Minecraft (whatever version you have):

In order to successfully and smoothly install maps, please follow these steps below:

1.- Download the map you want from Minecraft (if you already have it skip to step 2). If you don't know where to look for maps, we suggest this websitewhere you'll find thousands of maps that users have shared. It's in English, so if you're not familiar with the language, use Google Translator.

2.- Once you have downloaded it, do not lose sight of the folder where it was downloaded. Now, go to Windows "Start", and in the search engine put ".minecraft", or if you prefer, open "Execute" and enter "%appdata%/.minecraft/“.

We recommend you:  Playing at being the mayor of a megacity

3.- When you are inside ".minecraft"look for the folder called"saves"and get in that folder.

4.- Now, do you remember the file you downloaded? Well, it's probably in a compressed format, so you'll have to decompress it. If you don't have a program to do it, check out this post on my blog.

5.- Now, the folder that I throw to you after decompressing that file, pass it to the "saves" folder.

READY! Now open your Minecraft, go to the saved worlds and enjoy the map.
